Do you have exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail? Are you able to read and understand equipment financing or commercial lease agreements? Are you comfortable providing administrative support to management? If so, this may be the job for you.

  • Provide accurate, timely administrative support to management and sales
  • Maintain and update contract files
  • Contact business owners to verify information is accurate
  • Invoice business owners for advance rentals/deposits
  • Review incoming documentation for accuracy
  • Contact insurance companies for certificates
  • Process titles and file UCC forms
  • Verify equipment is installed and working
  • Prepare purchase orders and vendor payments
  • Process credit cards
  • Fund transactions
  • Update reports
  • Maintain titled vehicle registration report
  • Manage insurance expiring report
  • UCC continuations
  • Address changes
  • Stability of employment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand equipment financing or commercial lease agreements
  • Minimum of two years related work experience
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Possess a positive, energetic and detailed oriented attitude
  • Ability to work well in a high volume business environment
